Premonition?

This has never happened to me before (maybe it has but I didn’t think much of it) – it all happened so fast when I was at the hospital yesterday. I was walking at the lobby with so many people swarming around. I looked ahead of me and saw this Chinese guy and I recognized him from the photographs that I’ve seen on someone’s Xanga. I recognized he is that person’s brother – I never met the guy, I saw him and instantly knew who he is, I don’t even know his name…..so when I saw him, I had a feeling that his sister was with him, but at that time the sister’s figure was blocked by the people ahead of me. So I looked around to look for her and saw a Chinese girl whose face was facing away from me. My guess was correct that it was her.

So in that 10 second’s time, I went from seeing a stranger’s face to knowing who I was going to meet. I was so proud of myself, haha.

I might have some other similar instances, now that I think about it. I was in Cleveland Circle, walking towards the Thai restaurant. At the location where I was walking, I had to turn around the corner in order to see or look inside the restaurant. 3 seconds before I turn around the corner, I had a split second image in my head that I was going to see this waiter through the window – and when I turned, he was right next to the window fixing the blinds, looking right at me. Is this a coincidence that I happened to think about him? But why not a different person? I don’t know what this is called….I think premonition is a little heavy to define what it is. I guess to experience something that will happen in 3 seconds means my ability is there, but not that great…..haha.
